Beth is committed to offering a person-centred and goal-directed approach for her patients. She has worked as a Physio for almost 10 years, with experience working in both the NHS and the private sector.

Beth developed a specialist interest for neurological physiotherapy at the start of her career, during her rotations at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London. More recently, Beth has been part of a community stroke rehab team and has also worked in an in-patient neurological rehab setting, where she developed skills in working with challenging behaviours. Beth has also volunteered abroad at a children’s neurological therapy centre in Nepal. As well as working with neurological patients, Beth has recent experience in working with people with Dementia and enjoys enabling individuals to achieve their potential, involving family and friends where possible.

Beth believes in a holistic approach to therapy and has furthered her training in other areas. She is a level 3 body and sports massage therapist with advanced training in myofascial release and has also recently qualified as a 200 hour yoga teacher.

Beth is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
